What's included in a Full Coverage Wedding?
Not a single detail is spared on your wedding day. This package includes 8 hours of coverage on your big day, an online photo gallery and print shop, high-resolution digital downloads, next-day sneak peeks, timeline planning, a wedding welcome box, and a complimentary engagement session or photo album.
We want to include our dog into the elopement ceremony and photos, is that okay?
The more dogs, the merrier - I always say! However, it's your day and I always suggest doing what is going to make you happiest and most present for your special day.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
If your wedding, elopement, or session are in the 150 mile range of Bozeman or Livingston, no additional travel expenses are required. Any sessions requiring travel do not include transportation or lodging fees in the package price and will be determined on a case by case basis.
Do we need a wedding officiant for our elopement? If yes, can you recommend one?
Yes, in the state of Montana, you do need an officiant. I do have a list of recommendations that I can provide!
How much is the deposit, and do you offer payment plans?
Yes, and yes! The deposit for your wedding, elopement, or session, is 50% of your total investment to hold your date. I do offer payment plans and will work with you to find a structure that will best suit you!
What if we want something more extreme for our elopement (hiking, backpacking, fishing, etc)?
Then look no further, because I'm your girl! I love a little Type II fun. Let's find that perfect backdrop to tie the knot or capture your love.
We want something inbewteen a Full Coverage Wedding and an Elopement. Do you have a package for that?
Absolutely. Most weddings and elopements are a custom price based on location, length, size, and expectations of the photographer. I work with you to come up with a price that is fair for what your perfect day looks like.
How long does it take to receive the photos after our session and how will those be delivered?
Standard sessions will be returned via an online gallery link 2-3 weeks after your session date. Elopements and Weddings will have a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks. I always send sneak peaks within a few days after your session!
Do you have second shooters?
If the size of your wedding requires a second shooter, or you wish to have an additional photographer at your wedding, I have a handful of talented friends I work with to capture your day. There are additional fees for second shooters.
Can we see the outtakes or the images that didn't make the "final cut"?
I am undeniably an over-deliver...er, when it comes to your final album. The only photos you are not receiving are the ones where eyes are closed, hair is in the way, flash didn't fire, or someone walked in front of the camera. I am a true believer in that you should have any and every photo from your day, every little moment that is captured with quality will be in your gallery.
BOOKING PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
BOOKING: For all portrait sessions; a non-fundable session retainer is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session upon the photographers approval. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session.
For wedding packages; a 50% retainer is due immediately to book and hold the date of your event and also serves as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance is due two (2) weeks before the date of the wedding. you can break this up into multiple payments however you see fit.
PAYMENT: All sessions and packages (plus taxes) can be paid via cash, check, Paypal or Venmo. If a client pays by check, the check must clear and any uncleared check will have an additional charge of $35 to cover bank fees. the remainder at this time must be paid.
CANCELLATION POLICY: For portrait sessions, client forefeits their session retainer paid to book the session. As previously stated, the fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling 72 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.
For weddings and events, if for any reason the Client cancels before the wedding date, the Photographer will keep the the event retainer fee paid to hold the wedding or event date as a cancellation fee. Cancellation must be made in sent in writing, by mail or e-mail. However, if the client requires to change the wedding date, I will do my best to accommodate the change and no fee will be charged as long as the new date is available. If I am not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy.
If Sweetgrass Studio Photography cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer.
